I have maintained a private practice in San Francisco for ten years. I recently relocated to the East Coast and am now licensed in California, Connecticut and New York States. I am seeing clients virtually, but I look forward to having a hybrid practice in the near future.

My expertise is in treating data-driven individuals, physicians, healthcare workers, technologists, and scientists who struggle to communicate their feelings effectively.

My theoretical approach is integrative, which means that I rely on science-based interventions as well as interpersonal approaches to therapy. This allows me the flexibility to modify interventions based on your individual needs and culture. I encourage you to think about what's working vs. what's not in your life and how this impacts your day-to-day life and even your worldview.

Before starting my practice I was a Staff Psychologist at the University of California, San Francisco. I provided services for faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, residents, nurses and any employees and of the University.

I enjoy seeing a diverse clientele and I feel privileged to work in a profession that allows me to witness individual change and growth.
